Information we collect
Depending on the service, we may collect your name, phone number, age, preferred appointment or collection schedule, department, booking details, address for home collection, preparation notes, payment references, and pathology report records. We collect only information needed to provide the service you request.
How we use information
- To create, confirm, reschedule, or cancel bookings.
- To process and reconcile payments and refunds.
- To coordinate appointments, lab visits, and home sample collection.
- To prepare and securely manage diagnostic reports.
- To send service-related WhatsApp confirmations, reminders, status changes, and report-ready notices when you have opted in.
- To maintain security, prevent fraud, troubleshoot errors, and meet legal or regulatory duties.
Service providers
We use Firebase/Google Cloud for website hosting, authentication and secure data storage; Razorpay for payment processing; and Meta’s WhatsApp Business Platform for opted-in service messages. These providers process information under their own security and privacy terms. We do not sell personal or medical information and do not use WhatsApp service messages for unrelated marketing without separate consent.
WhatsApp consent and opt-out
WhatsApp updates are sent only to the number provided with a recorded opt-in. Messages are limited to the requested healthcare service. You may opt out at any time by contacting the hospital. Opting out of WhatsApp does not affect your access to hospital services; necessary updates may be provided by phone or another available channel.
Reports and sensitive information
Report-ready WhatsApp notices do not contain diagnosis, test results, or a public report link. Reports are handled through authorised hospital staff and secure access channels. Please do not send unnecessary medical information through public forms or unsecured messages.
Retention and security
We keep records only for as long as needed for care, operations, accounting, dispute resolution, security and applicable legal obligations. We use access controls, authenticated staff accounts and protected cloud services, but no internet transmission can be guaranteed completely risk-free.
Your choices
You may ask us to correct inaccurate contact or booking information, withdraw WhatsApp consent, or request information about your records, subject to medical-record and legal retention requirements. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.
